Support Our Work
All for One. One for All.
When workers are injured or displaced, the impact does not stop with one person. It affects families, workplaces, and communities. For many injured workers, the hardest part is not just the injury itself. It is trying to understand what comes next while managing pain, bills, paperwork, and uncertainty.
Why We Need Support
Under the current vocational recovery process, there is limited funding available for vocational counseling. In many cases, the amount available is not realistic for the level of help injured workers actually need.
Filling out paperwork is only one small part of the process.
Many injured workers need ongoing support to understand their options, compare training programs, apply for benefits, prepare resumes, rebuild confidence, connect with resources, and work through barriers like transportation, housing, or childcare.
That kind of support takes time, care, and follow-through.
Mithiin was created because people deserve more than a form. They deserve guidance that helps them move forward.
