what led me here

Mithiin represents a collection of aspirations that have shaped my work and purpose: the hope for what could be better, the gaps that were impossible to ignore, and my desire to be part of the solution. It reflects what inspired me, what concerned me, and the changes I hoped to help make.

Before this vision came to life, I managed workers’ compensation claims across all 50 states, including both litigated and non-litigated claims. I also led Human Resources work in start-up, tech, nonprofit, and private equity-backed organizations. Through those experiences, I saw how easily people can be displaced by injury, organizational change, or unexpected life events.

Individuals recovering from a work injury are often trying to manage pain, loss of income, confusing paperwork, and uncertainty about what comes next, all at the same time. That experience made it clear to me that I did not want to simply return to the way things had always been done. It inspired Mithiin and continues to shape our people-centered approach to recovery, career transition, and support.
